3 queen beds have iAdjust Quest 2.0 adjustable frames with remote controls to lower or adjust the head of the bed, foot of the bed, and height and each has a Chiro energy mattress.

The 4th Bedroom located downstairs also offers 2 extra single beds with high-quality Breathe mattresses. The beds are currently set up to serve as a couch along the wall - pillows, blankets, and doonas will be provided for guest use.
There is heating in every room. It is provided via reverse cycle air-conditioning in every bedroom and living room ( one is a ducted system that covers the Piano room and the mid-level bedroom). The air conditioning heats and cools each room and underfloor heating in each of the 4 bathrooms.
